Pray Campus – Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Safety Standards

Last updated: November 15, 2025

Pray Campus is dedicated to fostering a safe, uplifting, and prayer-centered digital environment for students, faculty, and spiritual communities. Protecting children and vulnerable individuals is a core responsibility of our platform. These externally published standards outline the measures we take to prevent, identify, and respond to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) across both the Pray Campus mobile app and website.

1. Commitment to Child Safety

Pray Campus maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or any behavior that threatens the physical, emotional, or spiritual safety of minors.
We actively work to prevent harmful content, interactions, or misuse of our platform that could put children at risk.

Pray Campus complies with all relevant child safety laws and industry best practices, including reporting requirements, content standards, and technological protections.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Pray Campus:

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any depiction—real, manipulated, drawn, or AI-generated—of a minor in sexual activity or sexualized contexts.

2.2 Sexual Exploitation or Grooming of Minors

  • Persuading, intimidating, or manipulating a minor into sexualized conversation or activities
  • Attempting to meet a minor for sexual purposes
  • Requesting sexual images, videos, or information from a minor
  • Building inappropriate emotional connections with minors (“grooming behavior”)

2.3 Trafficking or Child Endangerment

Any facilitation, recruitment, or encouragement of trafficking, exploitation, or harmful contact involving minors.

2.4 Inappropriate Communication

Adults engaging with minors in ways that are sexual, suggestive, manipulative, or coercive.

Any violation may result in immediate account termination, data preservation, and reports to relevant authorities.

3. Safety Features and Reporting

3.1 In-App CSAE Reporting

Pray Campus provides an integrated reporting feature to help users flag suspicious activity, unsafe interactions, or harmful content involving minors.

Pray Campus allows users to report child safety concerns in-app or to email info@praycampus.com. To learn more about reporting requirements, visit the Help center.

Reports are reviewed promptly by trained Safety Team personnel and escalated when necessary.

3.2 External Authority Reporting

We are committed to supporting law enforcement and child protection agencies.

The Pray Campus App complies with all relevant child safety laws, and reports to regional and national authorities. To learn more about reporting to the relevant authorities, visit the Help center.

Reports may be forwarded to agencies such as:

  • Local police departments
  • National child protection hotlines
  • Regional cybercrime units
  • Other mandated authorities according to regional legislation

4. Detection, Monitoring, and Enforcement

To protect minors on the platform, Pray Campus implements multiple layers of monitoring and prevention:

4.1 Automated Safety Systems

Tools may include:

  • Flagging of grooming-related language patterns
  • Filtering of unsafe imagery and harmful behavior signals

4.2 Human Review

A trained moderation team evaluates all CSAE reports and escalations with confidentiality and sensitivity.

4.3 Cooperation With Law Enforcement

Pray Campus preserves data as required by law and cooperates with legitimate investigations involving the protection of children.

4.4 Account Actions

Depending on severity:

  • Warning or education prompts
  • Feature restrictions
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account removal
  • Escalated reporting to proper agencies

5. Age Requirements and Access Controls

  • Pray Campus is intended primarily for users aged 13 and older (or the minimum digital age of consent in their region).
  • Users under the minimum age are not permitted on the platform.
  • If we become aware of an underage user, their account is removed and documented according to legal obligations.
  • Additional safeguards may apply in campus or organizational versions of Pray Campus.

6. Community Standards and User Conduct

All users are expected to follow conduct that upholds the safety, dignity, and spiritual well-being of every individual, especially minors. Users must not:

  • Share inappropriate or suggestive content
  • Request personal information from minors
  • Engage in private conversations with minors without legitimate purpose
  • Misrepresent their age or identity

Organizations using Pray Campus (schools, ministries, collaborative clubs and representatives) are encouraged to adopt local safeguarding policies consistent with these standards.

7. Data Handling and Privacy Protections

When investigating CSAE reports, Pray Campus:

  • Minimizes access to sensitive information
  • Limits handling to trained Safety Team members
  • Preserves or deletes data according to legal requirements
  • Maintains strict confidentiality except when mandated to report

No CSAE report is ignored or dismissed.

8. Contact and Support

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

For non-emergency concerns, please use the in-app reporting feature, email info@praycampus.com or visit the Help Center for additional contact options and reporting guidance.
